To be able to monitor the
quality and performance of security services provided at
each assignment location, Key Performance Indicators are
agreed and detailed via 'Security Service Criteria &
Performance' systems documentation. The criteria and
performance elements are established precisely and
specifically for each assignment, and are unique for any
particular location.
The Security Service
Criteria & Performance document is completed and reviewed
every monthly meeting, and attached to the report
for the inspection period in question. It is vitally
important that in addition to ongoing supervisory and
management visits to client premises, regular planned
meetings take place between senior BHPSS Ltd management
staff and client representative(s) in order to establish
that the criteria for the various items of performance and
quality standards are being met.
Following each meeting we
formulate a report based upon the previous month's
activity, minuting individual items and any action taken
or required. A maximum period of one month is set for the
rectification of any outstanding issues. Operations
Quality Inspectors undertaking regular supervisory visits
to assignment locations utilize 'Quality Site Audit
Reports' which determine all elements of the service and
standards laid down.
This systematic management
procedure ensures that all vital functions are closely
monitored and that all staff are performing correctly,
safely and within the standards as expected and
predetermined by both our clients, and ourselves.
