BHPSS Ltd Security’s Quality Management System is designed to ensure that our clients receive service of the highest standards at all times.

Our Total Quality Management policy centers around:

Security Service Criteria & Performance
In order that we may monitor the quality and performance of security services provided at each assignment location, Key Performance Indicators are agreed and detailed via 'Security Service Criteria & Performance' documentation. The criteria and performance elements are established precisely for each assignment and are unique to the particular location. The Security Service Criteria & Performance document is completed at each period meeting and attached to the report for the period in question.

Meeting Agenda/Period Report
It is vitally important that in addition to ongoing supervisory and management visits to your premises, regular planned meetings take place between senior BHPSS Ltd management staff and your representative/s in order to establish that the criteria for the various items of performance and quality standards are being met. After each meeting we formulate a report based upon the previous period activity minuting individual items and action taken/required.

Site Quality Audit
Operations Supervisors undertaking regular supervisory visits to assignment locations utilize 'Quality Site Audit Reports' which determine all elements of the service and standards laid down. This systematic check procedure ensures that all vital areas are closely monitored.

Training Modules
Whilst all security operatives receive induction training, it is vitally important that ongoing assignment training takes place, in order that security staff become totally orientated and familiar with assignment duties and systems you may require them to undertake. To this end we routinely produce training modules in the form of 'Security Officer – Task Document', which motivates individuals to both learn and positively carry out various practical activities whilst being monitored by senior officers. Full records are maintained on each assignment.
