BHPSS apply the same exacting and measured standards to
our cleaning contracts as we do to all our service
assignments. Our team of highly experienced industry
professionals will ensure that we fully understand your
precise requirements and a rigorous survey will be carried
out at all premises before we formulate our detailed plan
of action.
This will incorporate a health and safety risk assessment,
C.O.S.H.H assessment and P.A.T testing of all equipment to
be utilised. Once we have agreed the best possible
assignment plan we will provide training for all
operatives dedicated to your project before they are
deployed.
Raising a written quality and performance standard, our
supervisors will audit every function and every operative
to ensure that the required standards are met if not
exceeded consistently each month.
This comprehensive documentation will be collated by our
senior management and compiled into a monthly performance
status report for presentation to your representative. Any
non conformities in performance, supply or contract
management support will be highlighted, discussed and an
action plan to rectify will be set for resolution prior to
the next monthly meeting.
By this exacting standard we will provide monthly reports
that meet the pre-determined service level agreements, so
that BHPSS can continue to deliver a high quality service
throughout the contract term. |
